I wish I would've been able to find a little bit of comfort I was looking for with the reading but it was the complete opposite. Sad to say that it felt like a waste of money.

When the client informed me she was unhappy with the service, I offered to do a second reading at no charge. I also offered her a refund if she was not fully satisfied with the second reading. She never responded to this offer. Now weeks later, rather than scheduling a second FREE session, she instead leaves a negative review.

My senior dog recently had two remote sessions. He seems to have more energy and his tremors are not as severe. I appreciated her professionalism, explanation of the process, findings, and caring approach in the follow-up after each session. I would recommend her to my dog parent friends.
