How did you hone your craft?

My love and care for animals has been with me since I was a young child. I continue to learn and grow through various animal related publications and webinars, but my primary knowledge comes from working as a professional pet sitter for over 13 years with many different types of pets.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Animals thrive on structure and routine and really do look up to us to guide, care for and protect them.
