"If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together, there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is even if we are apart, I'll always be with you." -Winnie The Pooh
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
I have additional training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which can help you release potential barriers to grief adaptation. EMDR has been proven to be highly effective in treating grief and loss (including trouble sleeping, anxiety, traumatic memories, worry, and stress).
