Bonnie Wagner-Westbrook, Lost Pet Responder/Pet Detectivelebanon, nj
Volunteer (Local assistance in NJ and consulting/coaching out-of-state)
Description: Trained by K9 Pet Trackers/Missing Animal Response Network, I volunteer search tips and assistance to people who have lost their pets locally and consult on cases at a distance. Included are tips for flyer and poster creation, tips and techniques for searching based on nature and location of loss and pet temperament, networking, notification of law enforcement, equipment suggestions and coaching for searchers. No one should feel desperate and alone when their furkids go missing. There is work to be done and people need to “search smart.”
I am also affiliated with Where Is Jack? Inc., created to educate the public on how pet guardians can protect their pets from the dangers of flying on commercial US airlines. We also respond (either by physical means or counseling in remote situations) to cases of animals lost by airlines and inside airports, both domestic and foreign. Where Is Jack? Inc. consults and coordinates with local Missing Animal Response (MAR) Technicians and K9 teams.
Services Offered: Consultations, On-Site Services, Poster or Flyer Design, Poster Placement or Flyer Distribution, Assistance Trapping
