Georgia's Only Accredited Pet Funeral Home and
State Certified Pet Crematory
Pets are members of our family. We love them, care for them, and grow with them. Our pets add joy and happiness to our lives on a daily basis making our families more complete. When their brief lives come to an end, it is an emotional journey with difficult decisions that must be made......you want to know that you've chosen the best for your beloved pet. Specializing in pet cremation and pet burial, we are the Veterinarian's preferred choice in aftercare.
For more than 46 years, the Shugart Family of Deceased Pet Care Funeral Homes has provided respectful, compassionate care for pets and the families that love them. As pet parent's ourselves, we understand what it means to lose a beloved pet and we are here to help you through it.
Our pet cemeteries were created and designed specifically for beloved pets and the pet parents that love them. As you pass through our cemetery gates, you will notice professionally landscaped grounds, beautiful gardens including walkways, benches, and a quiet gazebo for reflecting. Surrounded by ten acres of rolling hillside, our Oak Rest Pet Gardens provides a sanctuary for pets which meets all state and county ordinances. All gardens are maintained through a Perpetual Care Fund assuring your pet's final resting place will remain permanently beautiful and dignified. Because of the strict code of permanency guidelines we adhere to, pet parents who wish to be cremated can also make pre-arrangements to be buried alongside their beloved pet.
