What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Animals can hear our thoughts. If you have an anxious animal be careful what you are thinking. Your thoughts and fears may be contributing to their anxiety.

What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!

I have integrity. I will always tell you the truth and will share what I am feeling or hearing no matter how strange it may seem to me. I am merely the messenger.
