Fur Baby Playcare & In-Home Boarding - St. Louis, MO
We specialize in small-group doggy play care as well as in-home boarding where visiting fur-babies are free to consider themselves part of our family.
We are a husband and wife team, the husband is a local veterinarian and the wife is caretaker and owner of Fur-Baby Playcare.
Our home is spacious and comfortable; if your baby comes to board with us he or she will not be bored! Our huge doggy play yard includes doggy swimming pools, shady trees, dog forts, doggy climbing areas and even a doggy zip line!
The pets that are regulars to our play care are calm and happy go lucky, polite and non-aggressive. We keep our play care groups small so as not to overwhelm those dogs that are a little bit shy of big crowds.
We also specialize in caring for older pets or those pets that have physical disabilities.
As well as taking loving care of people’s pets, husband and wife work together to rescue and rehabilitate wildlife and have cared for and released thousands of animals over the past 15 years.
Dr. King (the husband) specializes in Treating wildlife and exotics and together husband and wife have volunteered for many wildlife organizations throughout the country and internationally, where they have cared for and treated hundreds of different species of animals, from turtles to elephants!
While your baby is having fun at play care and or boarding with us, we regularly take videos and send pictures and send them to you so you know what your kid is up to during the days and evenings!
Our favorite saying around here is “If fur-baby ain’t happy ain’t nobody happy.”
Your kids are treated like our kids, and everybody has a wagging good time!
