How did you hone your craft?

Have rescued and rehabilitated animals all my life and have a veterinary background. I've worked with veterinarians throughout my career and I'm able to advise airlines on how best to work with our animals while they are in transit. Experienced with exotics, wildlife, livestock and all household pets.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Crate training is very helpful in order to get your pet to be unafraid of their transport kennel and the conditions they will see and hear during their translocation.
