K9 Movement Improvement is a mobile veterinary practice providing integrative services to improve your pet's mobility and quality of life. Services include acupuncture, rehabilitation, spinal manipulation, laser therapy, PEMF, and holistic wellness. Mobility services are ideal for all patients - pre or post orthopedic surgery, as a conservative option when surgery is not desired, sporting dog injuries and fitness, and geriatric mobility. Holistic wellness includes nutrition consultation, vaccine titer testing, and cancer screening.
Dr. Jan graduated from University of Pennsylvania’s School of Veterinary Medicine in 1992, and has been practicing integrative medicine since 1999. She is certified in veterinary acupuncture, canine rehabilitation, and veterinary orthopedic manipulation (chiropractic).
Dr. Jan has been actively involved in dog sports since 1993. She has competed in conformation, agility, obedience, rally, tracking, retriever hunt tests, and beagle field trials, and is an AKC agility judge.
