What year did you begin serving pets?

I've been training dogs since 2018 after completing a Certified Dog Trainer course with Animal Behavior College. K2 has been in business since December of 2019. I've been grooming dogs since 2019.

How did you hone your craft?

I've worked with an amazing mentor who had 20+ years of experience training dogs in all capacities. I received a great foundation to carry into my own business and I am now a mentor for other new trainers. I also continue to learn through additional training and am currently enrolled in a Service Dog Trainer program with ABC.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Not everything changes overnight. Training takes patience and hard work, almost a lifestyle change. If you don't put in the effort, you won't see the results.

What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!

I have been told that I am a natural in my craft and have the patience of a Saint when it comes to working with dogs. My first career was in Human Resources so I carry that professionalism with me everywhere I go, and I carry my love for animals into everything I do.
