How did you hone your craft?

I have a Certification in Death and Grief Studies with 660 hours of training. I have also been a pet owner my whole life and cannot imagine living without a pet in my life.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

When you lose a beloved pet to death honor your grief. It is real. It is not silly or overblown. Do not let anyone make you dishonor the grief you feel for the loss of your pet.
