Nitro Pet Express was very efficient and reliable when transporting my puppy Prince all the way from Virginia to my home in Oregon. I was struggling to find a pet transport company that was both affordable and legitimate, Nitro Pet Express was truly a God send and sent daily photo and video updates throughout the transport, ensuring of Prince's safety and security. They even helped me bring his belongings up to my apartment after the transport concluded. I would 10/10 recommend this service for anyone looking to transport their pet, especially cross country.

My dog was abused

Hi Hanh, I am very sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with our service. We did not abuse your dog, though. As we do with every pet we transport, we took very good care of Flash while we were transporting him. I know you said that he immediately went potty in your home as soon as we dropped him off and for that I am sincerely sorry. Sometimes pets are just so excited and happy to see their owners that that does happen every once in awhile. I know you were very unhappy about that, though, and that is the reason I immediately refunded you $200 from the agreed upon price. I thought you were happy with our services after the partial refund. If you weren’t completely satisfied, I wish you would have let me know. If there’s anything else I can do for you, please reach out to me directly. We are always happy to help however we can. Thank you :)
