How did you hone your craft?
I began my career as a theatrical set designer and scenic artist. I hold a BFA and MFA in these fields. Over time I decided to become a painter in my own right and began painting pets as an additional source of revenue. It quickly became a good fit between me and the furry guys. I've been doing it ever since. Over the years I've developed a technique that allows me to paint very real very detailed work.
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
I've had animals all my life. Even worked as a dog walker for eight years until my feet gave out. I feel that I really get to know each of my subjects after so many hours with them. Even though we rarely meet. I often feel a little sad when they leave me. Silly I know.
