I attended the "Harvard" of dog training schools and then worked in a NYC shelter for over 2 years in addition to seeing private clients.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Be kind. Don't use any scary or painful training methods, including yelling.

What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!

Training is unregulated. Make sure whoever you hire is educated in the science of animal learning, not just "has experience" with dogs. Having dogs all your life doesn't make a qualified trainer anymore than having teeth all your life makes you a dentist!
