Our dedicated team includes two Marine Biologists who have worked alongside the business owner in providing aquarium design, installation, and quality care for the past 5 years throughout South Florida.
What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
Aquarium care and maintenance succeeds when a quality relationship is established between the aquarium owner and caregiver, the service provider and the living creatures inhabiting the aquarium. Establish your expectations so you can be sure to address your specific concerns with the technicians you consult for aquarium care. Every aquarium is unique and must be treated for it's individual needs, establishing your expectations, observations and a comprehensive understanding of your system's needs is part of how we have established long-term relationships with all of our clients.
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
We fail because we are human and despite best efforts, failure is an inevitability. Equipment breaks, living creatures eventually die, emergencies are unfortunately unavoidable. Each of our staff has shared inconvenient time with our clients - 9:00 PM on Christmas, Emergency calls during dinner, Birthday interruptions for aquarium leaks, etc. We are hobbyists first who are committed to cultivating an incredible experience for everyone we meet who shares our love for the life aquatic. We will never leave you alone with your emergency, and we will never fail to deliver our absolute best in knowledge, expertise, and quality customer experience.
