Sinead Carter, Equine Reiki - Gardner, MA
Reiki is a gentle and ancient holistic healing art. Reiki energy treats the animal or person as a whole. The healer's hands may be on the head where the pain is, but the source of the pain may be coming from elsewhere in the body. The energy will go to all sources of pain. The Reiki energy facilitates the healing process by assisting in the removal of blockages and negative energy. Reiki brings the body and mind into balance and works on the physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
The Practitioner, through a series of hand placements on or close to the body, transfers Reiki energy. It is important to note that Reiki energy does not come from the practitioner but flows through her hands.
Equine Reiki sessions last 45mins to an hour. It includes consultation and stall clearing (removal of negative energy). Whether competing/showing or suffering from injury/illness or old age Reiki is a great holistic addition to your equine care regimen.

Animals especially horses tend to give subtle but key signs for their discomfort. Connecting with them sometimes just requires a few minutes of sitting in silence to be guided to what is wrong.
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
I've worked with horses for over 20 years. I'm a retired barrel racers and when I'm not healing and helping pets I'm hanging out at the stable with my favorite equine companions
