What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

If your furbaby gets out don't shout to try and get them back. Speak in a loving, normal manner. Pretend you have a yummy treat for your baby. By yelling for your runner in a loud voice you've scared them and by chasing after them they may think it is a game.

What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
