How did you hone your craft?

I have been involved with funeral service for over 25 years, I am a licensed funeral director and have brought the caring and compassionate service provided to humans, to the pet side of things, allowing people to have a final viewing and say goodbye to their pet with dignity and repsect.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Our pets are our family and deserve to be treated that way in life as in death.
