What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

1. A little training goes a LONG way! 2. Stay calm - your pet is doing fine. He/she will feel your stress and become stressed as well. 3. Pets who are exercised in advance of their session will be better behaved in the studio.
