Personally working with airlines, agents and shippers around the world.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

ACCLIMATE your pet before shipping. Don't let their crate be a scary place ... get them used to it! Buy it early and allow them to go in/out at will and put all their "fun" things inside while acclimating (toys, treats, food, bedding).

What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!

Experience is key and The Luxe Pet is one of the most well-respected Animal Transport agents in the world.
