I have a degree in Animal Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. MBA from University of Southern California. I have attended numerous canine focused conferences, workshops and seminars. I owned a doggie daycare for 12. years and have been privately training dogs for over 20 years.

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
